CEO & Founder
Ron Perry graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1997 where he studied Systems Engineering and Military History. He served 8 years in the Army then began his construction career as a Project Engineer for a large General Contractor in 2005. Over the years, he’s gained a wealth of experience in the Project Management and Construction Management space and his reputation created the natural progression for what is now known as Perry Construction Management.
Director, Federal Programs
Greg Myers has a career encompassing more than 35 years of experience working in the consulting industry in the areas of environmental, design, design-build and construction. Clients have included the US Department of Defense, US Department of the Interior, Veterans Administration, commercial/industrial and municipal. Mr. Myers has over 30 years of experience working in the federal market place across the globe in the US ,Turkey, Japan, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Director, Food and Beverage
Kevin Frye served in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years and studied Industrial Engineering. He brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to the PCM executive team which includes 11 years in food & beverage. He’s also earned the LEED Green Associate accreditation as well as the MTM time study certificate.
Director, Business Development
Lauren Singer graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 1998. She brings over 21 years of experience in B2B sales and serves as the Director of Business Development at PCM.
