About

Our Story

From the inception of Perry Construction Management, our founder Ron Perry, a military veteran, set out with a clear vision: to develop a process ensuring consistently high client satisfaction. This vision was rooted in principles honed from his military experience, emphasizing teamwork and accountability.

Throughout hundreds of projects, Ron meticulously refined this approach. Key elements such as safety, quality control, logistics management, and effective communication were enhanced, drawing on the disciplined, team-centric ethos of his military background. Staying on schedule and keeping costs under control, each project helped perfect our process, marrying military-inspired efficiency with our relentless pursuit of excellence.

The result of this painstaking effort is our proven process the Strong Foundation Approach.

Focused on People

Our goal is to always meet a need and solve a problem, not just fill a seat. We take time to fill our contact list with top professionals dedicated to their craft and make sure they’re working jobs where their skills are used to the highest degree. That makes for not only happy clients, but happy contractors who want to work with us again and again.

Thriving Through Complexity

A large construction project is a complex process with many moving parts that need coordinating. We keep things organized because we know the machine.

Our backgrounds in construction and ability to connect all pieces of the building process make us uniquely qualified to bring the best people to every project and create order in complicated systems.

We All Win

We want Perry to be a company not only our employees enjoy working for, but a place we would want to work with. That means solving complex problems with the right people, fair prices with low fees, and human connection at every touchpoint. This attention to detail gives us a nearly obsessive consideration of customer satisfaction. When our clients win, we win. That’s central to everything we do because we care about our people and our client’s people.
