Ron Perry
Founder & CEO

  • Ron Perry

    Ron Perry graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1997 where he studied Systems Engineering and Military History. He began his construction career as a project engineer for a large general contractor in 2005 after eight years in the Army. His reputation for client satisfaction created the natural progression for what is now known as Perry Construction Management.

Ed Wilkinson
President & COO

  • Ed Wilkinson

    As President and COO of Perry Construction Management, Ed Wilkinson leads the strategic direction of the company while overseeing its day-to-day operations. He drives business growth through a focus on organizational strategy, client relations, and operational excellence, ensuring that PCM consistently delivers world-class service to its clients. Ed brings extensive experience in business strategy and operations, gained through leadership roles in a variety of industries including industrial refrigeration engineering and construction, commercial truck leasing, and fulfillment services. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and the son of a West Point graduate, Ed combines a disciplined, mission-driven approach with a commitment to building strong teams and enduring client relationships.

Kevin Frye
Director of Field Services

  • Kevin Frye

    Kevin Frye served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years and studied Industrial Engineering. He is a construction industry veteran of more than 30 years experience supporting nearly every type of construction project.. His specialty is capital expenditure projects for food and beverage manufacturers. Kevin has earned the LEED Green Associate accreditation and the MTM time study certificate.

    Seth is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with nearly a decade of experience in business development within the construction industry. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve success by building strong, lasting relationships and creating opportunities for growth. Seth’s commitment to understanding client needs and delivering value has made him a trusted partner in driving projects forward.

  • Luis Arrarte

    Luis’s extensive HR and recruiting experience has made him an invaluable asset to the PCM team for more than four years. A Florida State University graduate and SHRM-CP certified professional, Luis lives in South Florida with his wife and kids, A US Navy veteran of foreign war, Luis exemplifies integrity and dedication, qualities that strengthen our culture and daily operations at PCM.
