ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are Construction Management
Project Execution for the
Fortune 500 and Federal Government
Perry Construction Management (PCM) is focused on one thing: providing extraordinary construction management services to ensure client success.
From the very first days of the company, our founder set out to create a process that would result in consistently high client satisfaction.
Over hundreds of successful projects he refined the process. Essential aspects were added and improved with best practices for safety, quality control, logistics management and communication between contractors and staff, all while keeping costs under control and staying on schedule. Each completed project helped to improve the process.
The Strong Foundation Approach is the result of this painstaking effort. This proven process ensures that project scope and function are achieved, quality standards are attained and compliance with safety regulations is maintained.
'We Got Your 6'
