Five Years Strong: What It Means for Perry Construction Management to Earn a Spot on the Inc 5000 AGAIN

For the fifth year in a row, Perry Construction Management has earned a place on the prestigious Inc 5000 list, which recognizes the fastest growing private construction companies in the country. This achievement puts us in rare company. Of all companies that have made the list one or more times, less than 1% have achieved five consecutive years of being named an Inc. 5000 company.
This milestone is about more than just growth numbers. It reflects our commitment to consistent excellence, strong client relationships, and staying true to our core values. We are proud to share this news with our clients, partners, and team members who have made it possible.
What the Inc 5000 List Is and Why It Matters
The Inc 5000 list is more than a ranking; it is a benchmark of sustained business success in the construction management industry. To qualify, companies must show significant revenue growth over a three-year period.
This kind of repeat recognition signals stability and momentum. It tells the market that companies on the list are growing in a meaningful and sustainable way. For us, it also means we have grown without compromising quality, safety, or client service.
How Perry Construction Management Got Here
Our growth is no accident. It comes from a foundation built over years of steady leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a team that cares deeply about the work they do. We focus on delivering results the right way with transparency, clear communication, and expert project management.
We also owe much of our success to the strong relationships we maintain with our clients in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Understanding their unique challenges and goals allows us to tailor our construction management services and deliver real value.
PCM Founder Ron Perry shares this:
“Upon reflection, I realized that I rarely if ever take time to look backwards at the journey that got me here which keeps me from appreciating where I am. As entrepreneurs, we tend to focus on a continuously shifting horizon that makes it impossible to attain. Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy detail this phenomenon in "The Gap and the Gain." Making myself turn around and look more deliberately at the journey, I recognize that my path to getting here was incredibly hard, required immense personal sacrifice and nearly cost me myself.
As a result, I've decided to start sharing this journey with others. It's a journey that felt lonely at the time, but in retrospect was one of lots of love and support from my family, friends, team, peers and clients alike. It's a journey I would not have been able to make without a much larger community surrounding me and likely without their knowledge of just how it shaped me and lead me to where I am today.
So, as my own personal recognition of what Perry Construction Management has accomplished, I have decided to share that journey with you and recognize all of those that contributed to my growth and success. Over the next year, I will be sharing my gratitude to everyone that helped me get where I am today through a series of weekly posts . And by doing so, I hope to honor all of those that made it possible along the way both personally and professionally.
My hope is that through sharing the behind-the-scenes story of this incredible journey of growth it gives someone else permission to reflect on their own journey with a little more grace. Whether you're an entrepreneur, a team member, or just someone trying to find a little more meaning amongst the chaos, maybe these posts will help you feel more gratitude for where you are in your journey.”

Recognition is always nice, but the real reward is the trust of our clients. We are proud of where we have been and even more excited about where we are going.
