Overview
Perry Construction Management was engaged to lead a $4.6 million construction effort at a 705,000 square-foot ice cream facility in Laurel, Maryland. The objective was to build a dedicated production line for ice cream bars. Work included ammonia piping
modifications, construction of a new freezer, and infrastructure installations such as compressed air lines, process piping, and water systems. All construction occurred in an active facility, with full environmental compliance and GMP adherence from demolition through commissioning.
