Overview

Perry Construction Management led a $1.5 million brownfield project at a sweets plant to upgrade its cookie packaging line. Completed in just 16 days, the project involved demolition of the existing Line 3 packaging system and the rapid installation of modern equipment to increase production speed and efficiency, all while coordinating around active plant operations.

Installation of new scale deck, Multipond scale, check weigher, and GEA bagger
Integration of vibratory and trough conveyors
