Overview
Perry Construction Management led a $2 million brownfield project to remove and reinstall a packaging line at a production facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project focused on dismantling and replacing a complex line used for packaging nuts and dried fruits. PCM ensured minimal disruption to ongoing operations through precise coordination, phased execution, and safety oversight.

Scope of Work
- Electrical demolition and equipment disassembly
- Disconnection and removal of Line 3 (sacker/loader, conveyors, mezzanine)
- Removal of Line 1 utilities and key components (hoist, tower, oil system)
- Equipment staging and shipment coordination for Line 4
- Contractor trailer refeed prep and palletizer decommissioning
- Reinstallation and optimization of the packaging line
Results
