Overview
Perry Construction Management is leading a $16 million brownfield expansion at a frozen waffle production facility in Blue Anchor, NJ. This complex infrastructure upgrade includes the addition of critical utilities and structural assets to support increased production capacity. PCM is coordinating all activities onsite, ensuring safe integration of new systems into the active manufacturing environment.

Scope of Work
- Installation of water tower and storage tank
- Construction of pump room with industrial-scale pump
- Installation of fire protection sprinkler lines throughout the plant
- Construction of a 40' x 40' x 30' electrical distribution center with switchgear, transformers, and control cabinets
- Development of a new parking lot with extensive excavation and sitework
Results
The expansion is progressing on schedule and within budget, with no significant disruptions to plant operations. PCM’s detailed planning and coordination allowed complex systems—such as the new electrical distribution center and fire protection
network—to be integrated seamlessly. The improvements will significantly enhance operational efficiency, utility capacity, and site safety, positioning the plant for long-term growth.
