Overview

Perry Construction Management oversaw the demolition and infrastructure upgrades required to replace an existing automated packaging line with a new robotic unitizing and palletizing system at an FDA-regulated food manufacturing facility. From pre-construction containment and demolition through vendor coordination and commissioning, PCM maintained strict GMP compliance and food safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
