Overview
Perry Construction Management successfully led the construction of a 160,000-squarefoot cold storage facility in Vineland, NJ. The project required precision execution and advanced infrastructure to meet stringent cold storage standards. PCM oversaw every
phase—from site excavation and precast foundations to IMP wall installation, refrigeration systems, and final commissioning—ensuring structural integrity, thermal efficiency, and operational readiness.

Scope of Work
- Precast foundations and structural steel framing
- Installation of insulated metal panel (IMP) walls and EPDM roofing
- High-speed roll doors and integrated refrigeration/dehumidification systems
- Primex concrete floors, drainage systems, and plumbing infrastructure
- Installation of advanced dock levelers with insulated doors and controls
- Coordination of high-voltage power supply installation
- Full permitting, safety enforcement, and progress reporting
