Overview
Perry Construction Management executed a series of facility upgrades at their Asheboro, NC manufacturing plant using a hybrid project management and construction management model. PCM managed a diverse range of safety, utility, and production
infrastructure improvements, all completed within an active plant environment and under tight quality and schedule constraints.

Scope of Work
- Installation of fire alarm cell dialer, smoke alarms, and badge-access pedestrian doors
- Plumbing air dampener installation and sanitary drainage upgrades
- Installation of three packaging conveyor lines and aspiration system modifications
- HVAC system upgrades, including blower adjustments and dehumidification units
- Application of epoxy floor coatings for hygiene improvement
- Roof repairs and installation of new lift equipment
Results
PCM delivered all upgrades on time and within budget, improving facility safety, sanitation, and production efficiency.
