Overview
Perry Construction Management oversaw the construction of a 1,000-square-foot masonry building. This structure houses new electrical service gear that doubles the facility’s power capacity. PCM managed all aspects of construction, from site prep and utility relocation to structural build-out and system commissioning—all while maintaining GMP standards and minimizing production disruption.

Scope of Work
- Site preparation and relocation of utilities, including stormwater connections
- Cast-in-place concrete foundations and CMU masonry wall construction
- Structural steel and TPO roofing installation
- Installation of rooftop HVAC units and LED lighting
- Integration of two new electrical grid connections and upgraded compressor motor systems
- Installation of switchboards and motor control centers
- Scheduling and execution of shutdowns for system tie-ins
- Daily inspections and full system commissioning
Results
The project doubled the facility’s electrical capacity and reinforced site infrastructure without disrupting ongoing operations. Through strict GMP compliance, daily inspections, and close collaboration with designers and contractors, PCM delivered a fully commissioned building that met all safety, regulatory, and design requirements.
